Olórin strives to have the best and quickest service in the business; our focus is on strong customer relationships. No question is too simple or too difficult to answer, contact our service department and we will help you in the best way possible.

For Olórin branded products Olórin will, during the warranty period, repair (at Olórin or a certified service center) or replace (using new or refurbished) the product within a reasonable time free of charge. The replaced product, part and/or components should be returned to Olórin. Please refer to Olorin's warranty policy (PDF) and your product's specification for complete details on its warranty conditions.

For other brands such as Barco, Olórin adheres to each manufacturers specific service/support tools and warranty conditions.

  • Part number
  • Serial number
  • Description of the issue with troubleshooting steps
